We offer natural wines and other well-made beverages from our store in Palma and for delivery across Mallorca. We source products from organic and biodynamic producers who respect nature and use low intervention methods.

ON OUR SHELVES
We stock a rotating selection of low intervention wines, beers, vermouths and other bottles from the island and from small producers elsewhere. Everything we stock is made by people we respect and know by name.
On SUBSCRIPTION + FOR DELIVERY
We offer a range of monthly CAV. Club subscription boxes focused on seasonality, discovery and unpretentious education. Or shop online whenever you need good wine, and we’ll deliver the next day in Palma or within 2-3 working days elsewhere.
WINE BAR + EVENTS
We open up the shop in the evenings most Thursdays and Fridays in the warmer months, and on some evenings during the winter. We host regular events with food and music, too.

CAV. CAVE FOR HIRE
From a day of productivity to a night of iniquity, the CAV. Cave is available for private hire, workshops, meetings, parties and celebrations. Catering, wine tastings and DJs can be arranged on request.
CAV. DISTRIBUTION
We supply wines to hotels, restaurants, and villa and boat caterers through our sister distribution business. Charlie is also available for wine consultancy and works with a number of businesses to curate their list and host tastings for staff and guests.
JUGOVINS
We produce, sell and distribute our own wines to bars, restaurants and bottle shops in Mallorca and around the world. We purchase grapes from organic and biodynamic growers across the island. We practice minimal intervention principles in our winery in Santa Maria del Cami, and work by hand with indigenous grape varieties.

ABOUT US
Founded by Charlie, Lauren and their corgi Bao (the real boss), we’re proudly particular about the products we sell.
Whilst we’ve moved beyond wine it will always be our focus, having worked in the industry for over a decade.
From NYC to London and after several vintages in the US, Australia and Spain we settled here in Mallorca and made some of our own wine.
While this was in tank, we needed something to drink. And so, CAV. was born.
CAV. is an ever-evolving collection of wines and other bottles we like to drink. We hope you enjoy them, too.
