We are distributor, focused in wineries from the mainland of Spain, spreading wines, beers, ciders, vermouths and more across the Balearic Islands. We offer wines and other well-made beverages from our store in El Molinar, Palma and for delivery across Mallorca. We source products from organic and biodynamic producers who respect nature and use low intervention methods.

ON OUR SHELVES
We stock a rotating selection of low intervention wines, beers, vermouths and other bottles from the island and from small producers elsewhere in Spain. Everything we stock is made by people we respect and know by name.
DELIVERY
Shop online whenever you need good wine, and we’ll deliver the next day in Palma or within 2-3 working days elsewhere.
CAV. DISTRIBUTION
We supply wines to hotels, restaurants, and villa and boat caterers through our sister distribution business. Charlie is also available for wine consultancy and works with a number of businesses to curate their list and host tastings for staff and guests.

Founded by Charlie, Lauren and their corgi Bao (the real boss), we’re proudly particular about the products we sell.
Whilst we’ve moved beyond wine it will always be our focus, having worked in the industry for over a decade.
From NYC to London and after several vintages in the US, Australia and Spain we settled here in Mallorca and made some of our own wine.
While this was in tank, we needed something to drink. And so, CAV. was born.
CAV. is an ever-evolving collection of wines and other bottles we like to drink. We hope you enjoy them, too.

The CAV. CORE RANGE: Bringing Honest Spanish Wines to Mallorca
Recently we travelled to taste the wines from The Terroirs Project, (our partners for our CAV. CORE range), a collaboration that brings together small growers producing expressive wines with minimal intervention and a strong sense of place.
The philosophy behind the project is simple: great wine begins in the vineyard. By focusing on careful farming, native fermentations, and a light touch in the cellar, the wines aim to reflect the character of their terroir rather than heavy winemaking. The result is a collection of fresh, vibrant, and authentic wines that feel alive in the glass.
During our visit we tasted through the Spanish wines from the project that we work with here in Mallorca — Caminando, Gre2, El Pinto, and Abrazos. Each wine captures a slightly different expression of Spanish vineyards while sharing the same commitment to balance, drinkability, and purity.
Caminando is vibrant and energetic, full of freshness and lift. Gre2 brings elegance and texture with a beautiful balance. El Pinto offers more depth and character while remaining approachable and food-friendly, while Abrazos is generous and expressive, living up to its name with warmth and charm.
As wholesalers, distributors, and retailers of low-intervention wines in Mallorca, we are proud to bring these wines to the island. We work closely with restaurants, wine bars, and private customers who are looking for wines that reflect thoughtful agriculture and genuine craftsmanship.
